With in house design and CNC machining capabilities, we are able to convert your supplied surface data into prototype or production tooling. With six 3-axis CNC machining centers ranging in size from 20" x 40" to 80" x 120" x 36", we offer some of the largest capacities in the industry. Depending on the application, molds can be cut from a variety of materials including softwood, (pine for foundry patterns), hardwood or composite materials for prototype molds (mahogany, renshape or polyurethane) or castings, aluminum billet, or steel machined to size for production tooling.

If surface data is not available, existing blueprints or 2-dimensional data can be converted to 3-dimensional surface data as an additional service to our customers. We are currently utilizing Unigraphics, Surfcam, Powermill, Pro-E and Autocad software.
