After several years of coordinating efforts on projects as separate companies, Tooling Technology acquired Canal Pattern and relocated it to a new facility in Fort Loramie, Ohio. Canal Pattern and its 5 full time journeyman pattern makers with over 80 years combined experience bring an added spectrum of services to Tooling Technology customers. With in house traditional pattern making capabilities to compliment our CNC machining, we can review each project by size, complexity, application, and available data and determine the most cost effective, timely, and accurate method to produce each pattern or model.

In addition to thermoform, rotational mold, and EPS patterns, we also produce foundry tooling, core boxes and match plates. Each can be constructed from various types of materials depending on the specific application.
